Conveyor Belt
High-galvanized open-type steel wire rope is used to meet various special needs. The high flexibility and low elongation of the steel wire rope allow for higher joint efficiency. The galvanized steel wire rope can be tightly bonded with the core rubber to form an important protective layer against rust.
High-galvanized open-end steel wire rope is used to meet various special needs. The high flexibility and low elongation of the steel wire rope can achieve high joint efficiency. The galvanized steel wire rope can be firmly bonded with the core rubber to form an important protective layer against rust.
Flame-retardant conveyor belts are produced by adding flame retardants and antistatic agents during the manufacturing process, then plasticizing and vulcanizing them. These belts possess excellent flame retardancy, anti-static properties, impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. They are widely used in material transportation within industries such as coal, metallurgy, chemicals, ports, power, and building materials.
Excellent flame retardant properties: By adding flame retardants, the conveyor belt can effectively suppress the spread of flames and reduce the risk of fire when encountering a fire source.
Widely used in coal, mining, metallurgy, power, port, chemical, building materials, food and other industries.
Polyester conveyor belts (EP conveyor belts) are high-performance conveyor belts using polyester fiber (polyester) as the carcass material. They are widely used in coal, mining, port, metallurgy, power, and chemical industries.
High wear-resistant conveyor belt
This conveyor belt features high-elongation steel wire ropes or high-strength, high-elongation chemical fiber ropes, arranged horizontally and evenly on (or above/below) polyester or nylon canvas as a tear-resistant layer. The tear-resistant layer is perpendicular to the running direction of the conveyor belt. When the conveyor belt transports hard and sharp materials, the tear-resistant layer can prevent the hard and sharp objects from piercing through; and even if pierced, it can generate sufficient resistance to prevent the hard and sharp objects from tearing the belt body, thus preventing the conveyor belt from tearing.
Suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small-piece materials with an inclination angle ≤40°, and can also convey bagged materials. It is widely used in coal mining, power, chemical, and grain industries.

Steeply inclined conveyor belt
A high-angle conveyor belt consists of three parts: a base belt, sidewalls, and baffles. The sidewalls prevent material spillage. To facilitate roller transport, the sidewalls are designed in a corrugated shape; the function of the baffles is to support the material. T-type or TC-type is adopted to achieve high-angle conveying. The sidewalls and baffles are connected to the base belt using a secondary vulcanization method, resulting in very high connection strength.
Steeply inclined conveyor belt
A steep angle conveyor belt consists of three parts: the bottom belt, the sidewall, and the baffle plate. The sidewall prevents material from slipping. For easy rotation around the roller, the sidewall is designed in a corrugated shape; the baffle plate supports the material. T-type and TC-type are used to achieve steep angle conveying. The sidewall and baffle plate are connected to the bottom belt through secondary vulcanization, resulting in high connection strength.

Nylon is one of the better performing synthetic fibers currently used in the rubber industry. Its structure utilizes a weaving method where both the warp and weft are nylon fibers, making it a widely used material. Its outstanding advantages include good wear resistance, high strength, and good fatigue resistance. Nylon canvas used for conveyor belts is characterized by its thin body, high strength, impact resistance, good troughing properties, strong interlayer adhesion, good flexibility, and long service life. It is suitable for medium-to-long distance, heavy-duty, high-speed material conveying and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, and port industries.
